65 year old patient, with no significant medical history presented to our clinic, with severe gingivitis and fractured upper centeral incisors received a gingivectomy (the surgical removal of diseased and inflamed gums).
Crown Insertion:
32 years old patient, with no significant medical history presented to our office, received crown on 4 upper anterior teeth associated with gingivectomy for better cosmetic purposes.
Bridge Insertion & Gingivectomy:
70 year old patient, presented to our office with upper hyperplatic gingival lesion due to ill-fitting dentures, was given gingivectomy, removal of hyperplastic lesion, and a bridge insertion from premolar to canine.
Bridge Insertion & Gingivectomy:
29 year old patient, with no significant medical history presented to our office, concerned about severe crowding in 4 upper incisors received crown preparation on 4 upper incisors and minor gingivectomy.
Root Canal Therapy:
67 year old patient was referred from other dental office due to advanced dental treatment needed on upper anterior teeth. After general exam diagnosis was irreversible pulpitis (gross caries involving tooth nerve), severely cavitated premolar, and advanced gingivitis. Patient received RCT (Root Canal Therapy), gingivectomy, and crown preparation.
Denture Fabrication:
70 year old patient, with no significant medical history presented to our office, was diagnosed with mild periodontitis on upper anterior teeth (bone resorption around of the teeth). The treatment of choice was extraction of the teeth and fabrication of removable partial denture for upper anterior teeth.
